Works to Communal Heating System DELAYED

Planned works to the estate's communal heating and hot water system that had been due to start this week have been delayed.

The decision to delay the works was taken after contractors identified serious problems with some of the system's pipe work during preparations for the works in Greaves Tower.

The start of works to both Greaves Tower and Dartrey Tower has therefore been postponed.

The works had been planned to start before the Christmas holidays. We await a final decision from the Council but it now appears unlikely that any works will start before Christmas. We suspect the works will now start in the New Year.
