West Chelsea Initiative Surgery

Would you like to learn what the Royal Borough is doing to combat crime and antisocial behaviour in Chelsea? Or perhaps you are interested to learn more about the Council's plans to build a new secondary school.

Then why not pop along to the first ever West Chelsea Initiative surgery, where you will get the chance to talk one-on-one with experts from the Council and Police about key problems in the area and what is being done to improve them.

The West Chelsea Initiative is a two-year scheme aimed at improving the West Chelsea area, learning from the views and experiences of local people and organisations to identify problems and ways to tackle them.

The surgery will be taking place on Monday 6 December, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm at Chelsea Old Town Hall, King's Road, SW3 5EE.

Representatives from the following services will be available at the surgery to discuss your issues or concerns in the area:

• Education & Libraries Stall, including Youth Service and new school for Chelsea
• Community Safety, Police and Youth Offending Team
• Community Strategy
• Environmental Services
• Transport and Highways, including Congestion Charging and Parking
• Waste Management
• Noise & Nuisance
• Parks & Leisure
• Tenant Management Organisation
• Planning and Conservation
• Graffiti and Flyposting
