Are you feeling stuck or bored with your life? Feel as if you are not living to your true potential? Are you ready for a change? Get more of what you want and less of what you don't want.

Life coaching has been proven to help people make positive changes in their life and get more of what they want and less of what they don't want. Residents in the Dalgarno and World's End neighbourhoods have a chance to sign up for a course of Life-Coaching sessions absolutely free.

To sign-up, you will need to be between 18 and 60, live in council or a housing association property and receiving benefits. You could be eligible even if you are working!

All you need is to turn up with a desire to make a change in your life. The change you are working towards could be anything, from wanting to improve your health, to going back to college, changing your career or learning a new skill. It is completely up to you.

This is a new project, which will offer up to 10 personal life coaching sessions. You will be allocated your very own experienced life-coach who will help you achieve your goal.
