Age UK Kensington and Chelsea are holding a ''Get Together for Carers'' event at The Hit, Alpha Place, Chelsea SW3 5SZ on the 15th December 2015.

Join us for lunch, chat, some relaxation and a talk about getting a "good night's sleep".
