Repairs & maintenance drop-in session

Following the WERA AGM the TMO has organised a drop-in session to deal with the repairs and maintenance issues raised by residents.

The World's End Residents Association held its AGM on the evening of the 18th of October 2016. A number of issues were raised at the meeting relating to repairs and maintenance and in particular in relation to the repair and maintenance of the estate's lifts, soil/stack pipes and leaks.

The TMO have arranged with WERA to hold a drop-in session on these issues at the World's End Community Room (aka the WERA Clubroom) on Thursday 24th of November between 4pm and 7.30pm. Representatives from Repairs Direct, Contract Management (including lifts) and Customer Services will be present.

Residents are encouraged to drop by and bring their repairs and maintenance issues to the attention of the relevant TMO staff.
