WEMO Ballot Postponed

The WEMO ballot, originally expected to take place during November and December, has been postponed.

The delay is a result of the Council's concerns with the appointed agent's (PPCR) draft feasibility report. The Council asked the appointed agent to consider amending the report to address these concerns before submitting the final version.

The appointed agent submitted the final feasibility report on the 12th of December 2003.

The ballot is not expected to take place before February 2004.
