The Arbitrator decides

The arbitrator in the dispute between the World's End Managament Organisation and the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea has announced his decision.

The arbitrator has decided that the Council's objection to the appointed agent's development report (that the board of the World's End Management Organisation was not representative of the estate population, in particular with regards to tenure) was not valid.

The arbitrator has instructed that the right-to-manage development proceed to the ballot as instructed by the regulations.
