Leaseholder Group Public Meeting

Leasehold Issues

The World's End Leaseholders Group, a sub-committee of the residents association, will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday, 17th of May at 7.30pm in the WERA Clubroom, 16 Blantyre Street.

This will be the first meeting of the Leaseholders Group in over two years. The purpose of the meeting is to allow the estate's leaseholders to bring their concerns and issues to the attention of the group.

All leaseholders are encouraged to attend.

Issues with regards to incidents of anti-social behaviour on the estate, the poor quality of TMO-provided services, and the mismanagement of leaseholder payments and accounts by the TMO's Leaseholders Services department are expected to feature prominently.

Following the meeting the members of the Leaseholder group will collate the information provided and will attempt to put together a strategy to tackle the issues raised. The strategy will be presented at a second meeting, which is expected to take place approximately four to six weeks later.
